  • Accessibility Services

    At Selfridges, we are committed to providing an exciting shopping experience to all our customers. All our stores have lifts to enable easy access to each floor and we also offer free wheelchair hire within all our stores – simply book in advance by calling 0800 123 400 (overseas callers +44 (0)207 160 6222).

    London

    •   Entrance to Selfridges

      There are many step-free entrances to Selfridges London, via Duke Street, Oxford Street, Edwards Mews and Orchard Street.
    •   Entry for wheelchair, prams and buggies

      Orchard Street’s entrance leading into The Foodhall is fitted with disabled access doors. From here there is an accessible lift to the rest of the ground floor.

      Edwards Mews’ entrance is fitted with automatic doors and has step-free access to the ground floor and three lifts leading to all Car Park levels.

      From the ground floor there are lifts and escalators to all floors. In store, there are ramps to ease access around split-level floors.
    •  Guide and hearing dogs

      We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs in our stores.
    •  Accessible car park

      Two accessible bays can be found on Level 1 of our Oxford Street Car Park, located on Edwards Mews.

      Level 3 of the Car Park offers step-free access to the shop floor on 2.

      Alternatively, lifts are available to Stationery on LG.

    There is a taxi rank with four accessible general use parking bays running along the entrance to Womens Accessories on Duke Street. (This has been restricted temporarily due to our store development programme.)

    There are three lifts providing access to all levels of the store. There are also three lifts providing access between all car park levels.

    Selfridges Manchester Trafford is fully wheelchair accessible. The entrance via the Fountain at the front of the store does not have automatic doors but is accessible from the lower-level car parks and public transport. The Trafford Centre has disabled parking spaces in each of its car parks.

    Wheelchair customers can access the store from Park Street, St Martins Square and the Birmingham Bullring. If you are travelling by car there is a footbridge between the top level of the Moor Street Car Park and the store. The doors here are manual.

    Our baby-changing facilities are easily located in all our stores for your convenience. Our restaurants are also fully equipped with baby chairs as well as child-friendly menus in several of our restaurants.

    There is parking available close to all our stores.

    Selfridges London: 

    • The car park is at the rear of the store. Access is via Edwards Mews, off Orchard Street (Sat Nav: W1U 1AT).

    Selfridges Birmingham:  

    •  Parking at Moor Street on the top floor allows access via a footbridge directly into store (Sat Nav: B5 4BP).

    Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square: 

    •  The car park is shared with M&S. Access is via Deansgate and takes you under the store (Sat Nav M3 1BD).

    Selfridges Manchester Trafford: 

    •  The Trafford Centre Regent 1 car park is directly next to store (Sat Nav: M17 8DA).

  • Cash Machines

    Cash machines are available at all four of our stores. All machines accept major cards and there is no charge for using them.

    The Cinema at Selfridges at Selfridges London shows the biggest blockbusters, classic cinema and independent films across three screens, complete with state-of-art Dolby Atmos surround sound and laser projection technology. Enjoy comfy reclining seats, each with individual tables, and make the most of our underground bar and its delicious food and drink menu.

    We accept GBP, USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, and CHF cash currency in all our stores. We also accept Alipay and WeChat Pay at all our tills and China UnionPay Card is accepted at most key tills. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) payment methods are also an option, so you can pay using your home currency – just ask for DCC at the till. 

    You can currently pay online in US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Chinese Yuan, Euro, Japanese Yen, Singapore Dollars, South Korean Won, and New Taiwan Dollars.

  • Safe Deposit boxes

    The safe deposit area at Selfridges London has been in existence for over 80 years, providing safe deposit boxes in a variety of sizes. Each safe deposit box is operated by two keys and can only be accessed when accompanied by a custodian. So, whether it’s precious jewellery or a family heirloom, you can visit your valuables as often as you like. Fees for our safe deposit boxes range from from £300 to £1,080 a year. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm.   • Skate Bowl
