The Jaume family might have been producing wine since 1826, but the Alain Jaume domaine begins in the 14th century when popes, impressed by the area’s terroir, planted vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Cinsault, Shiraz/Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre grapes grown following certified organic agricultural practices are blended to produce the Vacqueyras Grande Garrigue. The result is an earthy, full-bodied wine swirling with notes of deep plum and chocolate.
